While I generally agree with you about this stock, the specifics of your post don't stack up.
1.What gives you confidence that the new management is better...they're so new that they have no record here. The only way I know your statement could be true is if it couldn't be worse than the prior, but I don't think that's fair!
The new director certainly has a great and relevant track record.Why do you think the CEO has?And there seem to be lots of new staff the level below.
2.There's been no director buying shares since OCt.
Anyway, I hope our joint positivity on ITD is well founded.
If it was my business, I think I'd flick on the Malaysian distribution business. To me it doesn't fit with the rest which are develeoping and selling your own products. I wonder if they restructured the business into 3 businesses to aid such a move.
