Malmanu, i think you'll find with the acquisition of Dynamic Learning it brings existing Ebitda hence no need for cap raise in the immediate future. The only reason i could see a future cap raise would be to acquire a much larger RTO, which again will bring cashflow.. smart!! I really like the way these guys are building this business model and not to mention again the calibre of the people involved! ... Get on board!!
