You did well to get out when you did, as I did. The future brings IMHO a 4m+ write-off plus presently undisclosed losses of a further 3$M - 4$M which is now around the present market cap. Then you have Bank Debt of double (minimum) of market Cap. then creditors that far outway agreed debtors, with many contract values in dispute (in the negative).

The Group is almost if not already, trading whilste realistically insolvent, with only downside to come.

Dig deep on the credentials and past experience of the CEO and CFO with regard to profitable and non profitable enterprises. Check out the previous names of EVZ and the then financial managers.

It's all a scam.

Money for Directors and local major shareholders. i.e. A Mitre 10 Store owned by a director expansion completed at -(25%) realistic value, now resigned.
