I calculate a bit differently. Just had a placement for $500K. I calculate extra shares issued will take total shares on issue to approx. 465mill.
$500K from the placement minus $30K placement costs. $500k in bank as of end of September minus $160K outflows to end of Dec. All up then approx. $810K in the bank account.
465mil shares times 1.3c = $6mill marketcap. $10mill marketcap is 2.1c share price.
Bit on the risky side for me this one but one to watch the action once pump n dumper Pattos clients have sold their shares.
