OK I'll temper my negativity with a positive. I also see the director placement involvement as a good sign. They are on very modest salaries and one director in particular has a large holding in the company. So their interests are aligned with shareholders. I just think they don't yet have enough cash to make a decent acquisition without further share issue and/or placement and therefore further dilution. This needs to be taken into account when calculating current marketcap.
