Great post. Seems like recent developments have somewhat forced Mr T's hand to hedge his bets and provide extra funding to ensure Ovoot goes into production with or without the National Railway. This not only will protect his original $8M plus investment in AKM but also places further political pressure on the Chinese to commit to the National Railway funding.
