In local news, Mr T is talking up superior coal qualities from the Ovoot project compared to Russian mines & Mongolia's Tavan Tolgoi project. Approvals regarding the highway build is close also but I still believe the Chinese will be forced to step in prior to construction to cash in on Rail Tarrifs to offset coal import costs from Russia (see previous post) and ironically Ovoot given their current seemingly aggressive stance on environmentally unfriendly coal.
