Interesting comments Nobananas. Much to think about what you say.
Apparently they can get a 'base-level' mining development happening with their available funds. And if what they say is true, that they have kept every promise and target they have set. If that is true then it speaks volumes, and it is also likely that their 'base-level' mining project will also happen - hopefully in September.
