Answer to your question, SOL & BKW have a cross holding on each others ordinary shares, this to prevent a take over of both companies, SOL have an significant holding in CLV so because BKW hold around 42% of SOL & SOL hold around 44% of BKW. any asset that either company holds ASX listed will show both as a holder.
