Graphs and lines as you put it are actually ideal to estimate price and where the stock is heading, it tells you when to buy and when to sell, it even shows you significant news events, it is literally all the research summed up nicely in an easy to read chart.
Is it perfect? No because you need to be able to interpret the information correctly but nevertheless once you learn what to look for, it makes it super easy to look at a company which you might have no research on and visually see what is happening without ever reading a financial statement or announcement.
Not trying to put down anyone who does a lot of FA but just saying that TA is a beautiful thing once you learn to understand the data.
I honestly haven't even looked at CLVs financial statements, just read the last investor presentation to get an idea of what its about and the rest is all charts, this system works for me and I have found the only way to consistently make money.
I could write a whole small novel about why I invest like this but I don't think you'd want to hear it haha either way everyone should invest however they want that makes them sucessful
