I like what I see. Reminds me of lynas and the TOL approval by the malaysian government which was delayed to hell. Usually i am not into comspiracy theories but if i had to guess I think that this cap raising will ena le some sophisticated (indonesian) investors to get on board cheaply and soon after we'll be handed the PPA's.

Also note that those sophisticated investors may participate in the rights issue as well so they may apply for any shortfall stock that isn't taken up to increase their exposure.

I am in and will take up my full entitlement.
