DV was terminated as I guess they would have only offered .001 for the 15% available netting $104K.
We needed much more than that to stay solvent for any length of time.

This way we get a decent amount of cash in and Panax still has 15% of twice as many shares up its sleeve should it be needed (lets hope not.

As I said before this is a positive if you believe, as these projects WILL go ahead, just a matter of when.
