Having to untangle a web spanning 3 & 1/2 years when you take into account the initial investment from NXR's timeline 01 April, 2014. (April Fools Day - first Ann?), an unenviable task.

If it's good news, we can aggressively move forward to development, further investment and funding its stagnating potential and all will be well.

If not good news, who is responsible. Past and present.

Yep it's been three and 1/2 years. Two of which we have been in a continuous trading halt, much longer when you take into account all trading halts/non trading days due to announcements, price queries etc over that period.
