Funds to clear implies remitted, (i.e. I banked your cheque but until it clears) exchange control or exchange rate is another, but really considering the tens & hundreds of million dollar deals done by Chinese in Australia, are we really to believe the Chinese Government has a problem with $A5mio investment by a large corporation ? and 15 months after the first announcement ?

There are so many things wrong with what is happening and the total lack of accountability to shareholders.

It is most encouraging to hear the business is doing well, but is that not what 4C reports are for ?

Hopefully ASIC will extract some clarity very soon.
