Not necessarily. If we have a stockpile of product, there is still potential for sales. Not to mention outstanding receipts as you pointed out.
I remember a couple of years ago our director won an award for businessman of the year (look waaaaay back in our forums and you'll know what I'm talking about). These guys know what they are doing, they've demonstrated that they can produce. They've had a lot of hickups over the last couple of years, but it is the same man and team at the helm. They know the plant better than anyone and if they are shutting it down its for a very good reason. Let's see how we go, I will admit my confidence in IOR has been back and forth, but I saw enough in the last quarterly to stick around.
