I know I would average down just before the catalyst if I was sitting on an average of .0179 or in today's terms ( consol) of $0.269
If they could raise around current pricing it would bring there average down to .16
Which is just over a cent in the old pricing.
Very easy for them to get ahead.
No firm would want a loss on there books.. not great for getting new clients.
