They (FS) have clearly stated what they are here for, and that is for Phase 3 & beyond.
Phase 2 was always going to be the pilot plant.
The demand is there, the concept works, and customers are willing to pay for it.
The company is expanding its capacity for obvious reasons, high demand.
Simple really.
