Regardless of where the idea originally came from, it was ultimately shareholders who voted in favour of Cedric's performance bonus, a bonus that only benefits him, yet he did not get it across the line on his own.
1st Sam are our biggest shareholder, they don't make a ROI until the SP goes up and they get diluted to hell as well, their interests are 100% aligned with us punters.
To all those banging on about Cedric being hopeless, snouts at the trough, cash grabs, directors rorting shareholders, etc, please answer me this...
