the mining option is off the table. TAS's sole purpose now is to be a holding company for EDE. This is great news for TAS shareholders!
Management deserves every cent after their superb effort with EdenCrete! BTW, I would not have said this 2 years ago!
It is highly likely that there will be no takeover unless someone offers really big bikkies i.e. at least 1 dollar a share for EDE. However, even then 1 dollar a share may still not be enough!
Tax will only be an issue if there is a sale. Let's bury useless speculation about this now!
IMHO TAS started to play catch up for the first time today judging by the significantly higher volume (8.1. million shares traded). Once investors stop worrying about CR's and the SP breaks through the 20 cent level it will be game on. A look at TASO, which were up a whopping 42.86% today also tells me that investors are finally discovering TAS.
