The conversation has always been here on the reasons. Some have not been prepared to listen or accept them.
4. The cash cow syndrome. I have said before; EDE shareholders will share the benefits with Noble who will bleed off some and pass some on to TAS. TAS will bleed off some of these diluted funds, use some for their other interests (refer1) and if there is any left maybe, just maybe distribute to shareholders.
5. Less liquidity for TAS than for EDE.
