Over the years TAS has accumulated tax losses that will probably offset any future capital gain. Any profit taxable would then be credited as tax paid on dividends to shareholders.
Forget about tax. If you make a taxable profit then be prepared to pay tax and be a contributor to the cost of running the country. No such thing as a free lunch.
