No guys, I'm talking about the CGT that TAS will pay when its sells its stake in EDE. It will make a capital gain and have to pay tax on that gain. Therefore doesn't its stake have to be reduced by the tax it will pay? Unless as I said we end up with a distribution that includes franking credits, ie the value of the tax paid is passed onto the shareholders of TAS.
