your view here makes zero sense
it EDE was taken over for 50 cents per share, TAS would receive 66 cents per share from the takeover
your are posting subjective rather than objective opinions
the main reason why TAS discounted (imo) is because of EDE being a better stock for traders
as EDE becomes investment quality when it obtains full financing, TAS will catch up
as EDE becomes a manufacturer (rather than a speculative stock), TAS will mature towards its real value
therefore, bona fide investors are better off buying TAS
