You are right. The Solomons are on that board. Both of them. They are also major shareholders AND.... CNJ needs financing.
Now that could be a good thing for TAS if CNJ can capitalise on the major producer of cobalt being closed for reconstruction of plant until 2018.
CNJ was an offshoot (spun off) from TAS as Fission Energy a few years ago. I have a few shares in the bottom drawer obtained after the spin off, hadn't been following them but after recent boost to the SP they may be worth bringing out.
