I went to do the same but hesitated. Not sure if taking a bit out and posting the link is OK.

I saw another article from the same source which is well worth the read and may be the reason behind RIVs strong SP appreciation in this environment.

There are 2 paragraphs which are music to my ears.
1st talks about the fact that RIV is besieged by potential buyers......India China etc...
and the 2nd talks about the fact that once a resource this big has been defined it justify s the spending on infrastructure

I then cocnclude
In the event that barging isnt viable the rail expense will be justified..
