ventilation isnt done through decline.....as with olympic dam....is done with shafts and large vent fans..costs are in the millions......by using a shaft with skips....mining starts in a short time..........i query your 7000 dollars a metre.....i think this is way undervalued...with jumbo drilling...blasting...and cleanup.......will be a few dollars more than....7000...wouldnt cover diesel and explosives and drillbits....mining is expensive.....not to mention services....like air and water.....which is another problem
