perhaps they will sink a shaft.....first before a decline is built.....then use skips.....and do the decline afterwoods....as they did with olympic dam....shaft with skip and cage set up would allow mining.....we took down machines in shaft and reassembled underground.......then you start from the bottom and top to do decline.....and start sending ore upstairs with the skip....mining rich areas.....shaft with haulage skips would cost more than 90 million......big money but if the deposit is good.....is pocket change....as with the decline. olympic dam has only one decline
