Your post explains why TRF is getting hit with sells.

Interesting to hear about the road show and instos. Left way too late IMO and played right into the instos hands. It is sad to have another cap raising so soon after the previous one. Mr Finch may have all the right intentions and be a nice guy but the performance of the SP in the last 6 months is poor, when commodities are booming.

TRF have only 82 M shares out there now and resolution 4 was passed at the recent AGM allowing TRF to issue up to 12.3M shares to instos and sophs. This does not provide access to a lot of capital.

IFE did not pass this same 15% resolution which is interesting. With the impending capital requirement I would have thought both companies would be asking for capital.

If DFS is not due to 13th I expect a sad week ahead. Sorry no smiley faces.
