At the AGM all that was mentioned regards the financing was that Ian was on a roadshow next week to the eastern states for talks with insts.

There was no mention to my recollection of the proposed makeup beyond that. However, at the TRF AGM they passed a resolution to "place" a certain number of shares so they have certainly the option to do that (and dilute mine and others shares in the process) but if thats what it takes I am comfortable as I just want the mine operational and shipping I/O
