You guys not read the news on NKTR 214. You need to check those out compare it. The deal was 1B in cash plus over 8 million shares of NKTR. CVAC only provide the concept of how lag-3 works. The company take the right step to give that thing up. Cause the vaccine development will takes for decades and no investor will likely to buy shares and wait. They are on the right track for now. If AIPAC can be successful and push to market after P2. This company value will be at 10 fold from this point at least.
