When BOA recently announced their discovery of a large conductor on the important North-East trend from Nova, it hardly caused a ripple in the share price. Previous shallow drilling above this conductor also showed traces of nickel and copper which are pre-requisites for a sulphide nickel discovery.
Today Winward Resources announced they have discovered a conductor on their lease and their share price closed up 42%. There has been no previous exploration drilling or geochemical work in the area. The location of the conductor is 4kms South-East of Nova.
Of course Winward is now going full speed ahead to drill the new conductor.
Best of luck to Winward and let's hope they come up with the goods because once again, BOA's leases border WIN to the North of the new find.
Winward has close to twice the number of shares which Boadicea has on issue and now their share price is also close to twice Boadicea's - I give up on maths?
