If the options are either going it alone or sitting on a leaking pile of cash paying wages and expenses to have staff sitting in offices and on boards and not drilling...I know which I'm choosing.
There's no way I'd pay up in a capital raising for a co. that has spent all of their cash...well...on themselves. But an exploration company that's willing to have a go with reasonable prospects and tenements is a much different proposition IMO.
