Good thinking, and that may happen if the crackdown works, but what if you think that they might find another conduit.
I think the Chinese government should free up capital flows, and let their currency fall in value initially. A free floating currency has to be worth more than vouchers that can be only spent in one place in the long run. Why they aren't labelled currency manipulators by the US gov for too high a currency is beyond me - lol
