Hi Wilma, yeh and even there I think they could do better, problem KNL have is not much is happening, so what can they report? Perhaps more clarity in what they do report, ie exactly what are we waiting for to progress in Tanzania, seems to be a bit of a moving target. One minute it was a Mining licence extention, now seems to be local banking type issues. Whats next?
On the director shares last year, yeh the issue should be those on high salaries and then also performance shares. Especially for Tanzanian side of operations, nothings happening so why the high salary and also performance shares. Cut the salaries or those on high salaries, Then Spinks seem to have to rush over there for something anyway if the reports of cancelled German meetings with shareholders were true? What was that about?
anyway, if you are looking for something to lodge a protest vote on there is always the good old Directors remuneration report to vote against. All harmless and they can just ignore it anyway.
Whatever we do, don't vote against Christoph Frey re-election imho.
