Hi Wilma, not sure why your focus is on Director plan shares as these are really only a performance based payment, ie if the SP doesn't go up they are really worthless to the directors, perhaps you have been "influenced" by comments from other G company holders?
Is not more the issue the cash based payments, in particular for our resident Tanzanian director. Not having a go at him or his performance but if nothing is happening in Tanzanian to progress Epanko then are payments of this nature warranted. Perhaps it would cost us more to terminate but there must come a time when they look at pulling these costs out of the business until a clear path forward is know in Tanzania. Let the Commercial Manager guy run the show over there.
