Nothing potentially controversial in the AGM resolutions.
So on that front at least any need for activism does not exist.
Along with a number of other LT holders I have produced a list of items that variously need an update and timeframe for expected delivery. Some urgently as they remain open since before the last AGM without updates from BOD.

If the BOD provides no timeframes for deliverables there is effectively nothing to hold them to account for. I don’t subscribe to the logic that some projects can’t be timelined due to 3rd parties. There is always precedent and there is always a list of to do items. There are always next steps and people whose responsibility those are.

The question also has to be asked what will you do if your questions remain unanswered or unsatisfactorily answered at the AGM. With all potentially contentious ( or arguably useful) resolutions removed, there is nothing to really vote against to show your displeasure. Activism would involve putting the resolutions up now for inclusion into the AGM. I would simply say let’s see what gets updated and finalised by the AGM and what if any further updates there are at the AGM. If they aren’t to shareholders satisfaction there is the option of an EGM. I am confident that failing to deliver any answers will result in that as a next step after the AGM. I am also aware that that can be fully and catagorically avoided by BOD providing holders ( one and all) with Timelined deliverables on a broad range of outstanding projects and initiatives... or indeed Results sought.

I would suggest I start a thread with the list of open items.
    People add to them
We tick off what gets delivered or timelines for delivery by BOD prior to the AGM or at the AGM
We go from there. Hopefully as expected it will be congratulations all around.... with some light hearted jibes at the AGM that BOD forgo conferences for maybe shareholder communications training initiatives in the year ahead
