AGM Date:
Kibaran Resources Limited (Kibaran or the Company) (ASX: KNL) is pleased to advise that the Annual GeneralMeeting (AGM) will be held at the Celtic Club, 48 Ord Street, West Perth, Western Australia at 10:00 am WSTon Tuesday, 27 November 2018.
I have never attended a KNL AGM before as living in Sydney does not make it feasible to attend one BUT this time I will pop in IF there is not update on some of the questions that have been left unanswered as per @564xxl 's post above - yes, the hard ones...
We have EXACTLY one month to the AGM - I guess, we form a retail shareholder group and represent ourselves - NOT as any activist or any angry protesters but SIMPLY AS SHAREHOLDERS REQUESTING SOME "FIRM" DATES.... I am sure as a group we will get an audience with the Board after the AGM and we can discuss these topics (if not already announced before then)...
I look at the ML extension announcement as the BEACON OF LIGHT - that announcement was for me the required paperwork that KfW needed and KNL requested to the Tanz govt to provide so that work can be done on the sidelines while Tanzania get's its act together... that was 6 weeks ago. So by a rough calculation, it must now be a document that must be doing it's round through the KfW legal/final processing team before a decision is made... I think there is going to be a decision on finance announced BEFORE the AGM - not just a wishy washy one but something more substantial... If not, then spending a day in Perth on 27/11 is on the cards...
anyone flying in from sydney or anywhere else to Perth? Any Perth lords out here? Would like to make a team/group of us shareholders to represent ourselves to the BoD before/during/after AGM....
