I wouldn't be too concerned about what it is worth to TRF today. I remember no one thought much of their ROL investment at day dot, but they soon realised the value after the drilling results started rolling in.
What happens when STK announce great drilling results and perhaps fast tracks production? Very cheap and quick to set up a gravity gold plant to treat coarse visible gold. I'm currently doing one now which should only be around $5m for 25,000 oz/year. STK will be very very tightly held. TRF should benefit greatly from this investment.
