I would be very surprised if Merchant and MW dont have a startup ready to RTO into this.
So a bit of patience, and we could open as a new cashed up venture.
Obviously a lot to sought out in terms of the business and settling priod but they have made the moves and I know they wouldnt have done it without a decent masterplan in mind.
Anyway, best to keep a low profile until they let holders know how its going to work.
