It's all well and good to go on the side of the people etc.

But if it's the only job they can get legal or illegal, and you take that away from them - are you really helping the people you're fighting for?

It's like when they bring in a mandatory minimum wage into some countries. Business can't afford to pay their workers that so they have to let them go. Those people cannot get a job anywhere now. Do you think they would've preferred to work for less money then to not work at all.

It's been proven. You're only trying to help but it's making the situation worse.
