Even if you strike gas where is this company going with 3bl shares? 300ml cool! not 3bl
So all other things even, does a company who has 300mill shares at 10c have better prospects than one who has 3bill shares at 1c?
No because the company is valued the same either way. I dont care if I own 1000 shares at 1c or 100 shares at 10c, my investment is worth $10.
