IMO the charts are saying buy now. MACD crossed properly, MA have crossed, on upper bollinger currently, RSI and Stoch still rising and Parabolic SAR has switched to a buy signal.

Also entered IOF at 62 yesterday. Chart also looking fantastic. Price needs to break 65.5 resistance level.
