In December 2013 EWC signed a mandate and term sheet with Standard Chart and Mizuho Banks for an upgrade of the existing US$88 million loan (relating to Sengkang) up to US$200 million.
ON 28 February, 2014 EWC signed a mandate and term sheet with the Development Bank of the Philippines for a loan of US$550million in respect of the Philippines lng hub and 600 MW power station.
These financial institutions have given their full backing to these major EWC projects.
