Hi Oranje,
So if we accept this report and in the absence of any update from EWC -

-EWC still does not have "licience " to sell LNG , as i have been saying all along , all approvals are not in place hence the ridiculous rate of progress.
- Lay the "first stone" on feb 17 2014, this project has had a lot of "first stones" laid , at least one a year for the past 3 years.
-Timeline seems to imply completion at end of 2014 so already 8 months later than latest EWC prediction.
-Again , news from dodgey local newspaper, nothing official thru ASX, these guys stink more and more.
