Yes agree, if you look at the market cap of SIM, you'll see there will be substantial gains once the permits are approved. Remember they are drilling the right area with huge resource potential.
If you have spare cash, low 20s should be an excellent accumulation level. July should shape to be a huge month once the tax selling period is over!
