Eric clearly states that they won't chase AZA and will look elsewhere for shareholder value through acquisitions, particularly now that the market has presented better value.

the thing is, eyes must surely be on Arc now that they are depressed to such levels?

Will Nexzon even consider taking out Arc??? afterall, AZA/AEL wanted to get into bed with them?

One would think that if Arc aren't quick to build value, that they will be swallowed.
