so technically if ADI increased the registry by 6% every year (dilution/placements) AWE's holding would never be able to sneak up :)
you may well have one of the reasons why ADI did that placement (asides from fund raising).to dilute the AWE existing holding...just tossing it in there as a conspiracy theory :) whadya think Soosh?
