following international deployment experts to China to help roll out TPID's
Chinese
National Gas Tank Contract with the State General Administration for Quality
Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the People's Republic of China
(AQSIQ). The team brings a wealth of expertise in project
management/deployment,
logistics, inventory control, operations support, database design and security,
training development, and financial reporting and compliance. They have helped
deploy leading technologies for US Government and multinational companies
including those related to biometrics and secure identity systems. The team
will be in China for the duration of the AQSIQ deployment, will work with
AQSIQ's and TPID's China experts, and will help set up training for the Chinese
work force provided by the new JV, AQSIQ, and provincial and municipal
authorities. The team expects to arrive in China after China's July 1
national holiday. While in China, the team will also meet with the Carelife
Chinese Healthcare JV to assess the JV's anti-counterfeiting needs for
medical equipment and medical insurance smartcards. The Carelife JV will be
consummated on June 16 at a signing ceremony covered by Chinese media,
which will also feature TPID's role.
