In a nutshell, exluding exceptional cirucumstances and exclusions, the CAZ Board can buy or sell shares whenever they want as long as they are not in possession of any price sensitive information and/or, that the traded securities are not traded within the period of 5 days prior to the release of annual, half yearly or quarterly results or within the period of 5 days prior to the AGM.
