It's early stages for sure however it is all about getting consistency and quality of product.
The main factor is about being able to produce graphene with less than 10 layers as above that there is a steep drop off in the unique properties that graphene offers.
Many claim to have Graphene when reality is it is really graphite.
When the ISO standard is released there will be a sorting of the wheat from the chaff.
3 Tonnes of graphene is not a lot but the Versarien process is fully scalable. Interestingly 1 tonne of graphene fills around 38,000 oil drums!
